Il est destin\u00e9 au pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement, transport et d\u00e9tection quantitative des micro-organismes pr\u00e9sents sur les surfaces de travail et zones critiques, en combinaison avec les milieux Easy Plate et Compact Dry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La surface \u00e0 tester (100 cm\u00b2) est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019\u00e9couvillon. Celui-ci est replac\u00e9 dans son tube, puis l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9 dans le tampon en secouant vigoureusement le tube. La quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de solution est press\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019orifice situ\u00e9 au fond du tube sur le milieu (1 graduation = 1 ml \u00b1 0,2 ml, 1 goutte \u2248 50 \u03bcl).
