Les colonies de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> apparaissent vertes avec un halo bleu, coloration caract\u00e9ristique due \u00e0 la pyocyanine. La c\u00e9trimide inhibe la croissance des autres bact\u00e9ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Les bouillons Microclar sont con\u00e7us pour une utilisation industrielle et sont disponibles soit en ampoule en plastique ou en verre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Mode d\u2019emploi pour la m\u00e9thode de filtration sur membrane:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Ouvrez le flacon et r\u00e9partissez son contenu sur le tampon absorbant en cellulose \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bo\u00eete de Petri. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pince flamb\u00e9e, retirez la membrane de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de filtration et placez-la sur le tampon imbib\u00e9, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucune bulle d\u2019air ne soit emprisonn\u00e9e entre les deux. Couvrez la bo\u00eete. Placez-la dans un incubateur et incubez selon les exigences du milieu choisi.
