L\u2019incubation \u00e0 44,5 \u00b0C favorise la croissance d\u2019<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Escherichia coli<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">. L\u2019acide rosolique, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aniline, sert d\u2019indicateur de couleur. Les coliformes f\u00e9caux apparaissent bleus, tandis que les autres colonies apparaissent de couleur grise \u00e0 cr\u00e8me. Dans certains cas rares, les colonies de coliformes f\u00e9caux sont\u00a0 de couleur rose. Cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une quantit\u00e9 insuffisante de milieu sur le disque impr\u00e9gn\u00e9, \u00e0 une perte excessive d\u2019humidit\u00e9 de la bo\u00eete de P\u00e9tri pendant l\u2019incubation ou \u00e0 une observation tardive des colonies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Les bouillons Microclar sont con\u00e7us pour une utilisation industrielle et sont disponibles soit en ampoule en plastique ou en verre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Mode d\u2019emploi pour la m\u00e9thode de filtration sur membrane:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Ouvrez le flacon et r\u00e9partissez son contenu sur le tampon absorbant en cellulose \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bo\u00eete de Petri. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pince flamb\u00e9e, retirez la membrane de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de filtration et placez-la sur le tampon imbib\u00e9, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucune bulle d\u2019air ne soit emprisonn\u00e9e entre les deux. Couvrez la bo\u00eete. Placez-la dans un incubateur et incubez selon les exigences du milieu choisi.
