La formulation est bas\u00e9e sur De Man, Rogosa et Sharpe (MRS).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">La croissance des lactobacilles est sp\u00e9cifiquement favoris\u00e9e par le magn\u00e9sium, le mangan\u00e8se, l\u2019ac\u00e9tate et le polysorbate (Tween 80). En raison de la faible s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 de ce milieu, certaines bact\u00e9ries non lactobacilles peuvent \u00e9galement se d\u00e9velopper. La croissance des levures et des moisissures est inhib\u00e9e par l\u2019Actidione, garantissant une observation plus cibl\u00e9e des lactobacilles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Apr\u00e8s humidification avec 3,0 \u00e0 3,5 ml d\u2019eau st\u00e9rile, distill\u00e9e ou d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, les milieux sont imm\u00e9diatement pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Le niveau d\u2019humidit\u00e9 optimal est atteint lorsqu\u2019un l\u00e9ger exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau est visible autour du tampon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019azoture de sodium inhibe efficacement la croissance des bact\u00e9ries autres que les ent\u00e9rocoques, garantissant une s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le TTC, m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9 par les ent\u00e9rocoques en formazan rouge, facilite quant \u00e0 lui l\u2019identification et le d\u00e9nombrement des petites colonies.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Le milieu est fabriqu\u00e9 et test\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 11133:2014 + Amd. 2:2018, garantissant performance et fiabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Les Nutrient Pad Sets (NPS) sont des milieux nutritifs d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s et st\u00e9riles, imm\u00e9diatement utilisables apr\u00e8s ajout d\u2019eau st\u00e9rile.
