Les colonies apparaissent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bleu clair \u00e0 bleu<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">, avec un diam\u00e8tre de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u00e0 2 mm<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i>S. aureus<\/i> est une bact\u00e9rie pathog\u00e8ne capable de produire des ent\u00e9rotoxines r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur, responsables d\u2019intoxications alimentaires. La contamination provient principalement de l\u2019homme (mains, toux, \u00e9ternuements), ce qui en fait un indicateur d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne insuffisante. Elle peut \u00e9galement se d\u00e9velopper dans les produits \u00e0 faible activit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau et les aliments riches en sucre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compact Dry\u2122<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> sont des plaques rigides et transparentes avec couvercle amovible, con\u00e7ues pour un contr\u00f4le rapide et pratique des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et produits finis. Une seule manipulation est n\u00e9cessaire : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9poser 1 ml d\u2019\u00e9chantillon<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> sur la plaque. Le milieu d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 se transforme alors en gel et l\u2019\u00e9chantillon se diffuse de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne.
