Une seule manipulation est n\u00e9cessaire : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9poser 1 ml d\u2019\u00e9chantillon<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> sur la plaque. Le milieu d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 se transforme alors en gel et l\u2019\u00e9chantillon se diffuse de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne.
