Les colonies apparaissent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bleues<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">, de 1 \u00e0 2 mm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Listeria monocytogenes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">, principale cause d\u2019intoxication alimentaire, pr\u00e9sente un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">risque \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, immunod\u00e9prim\u00e9es, femmes enceintes et nourrissons. Le test est recommand\u00e9 pour les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aliments \u00e0 haut risque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">, tels que fruits de mer pr\u00eats \u00e0 consommer, l\u00e9gumes pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s, lait cru, saucisses crues, fromages, cr\u00e8mes glac\u00e9es et sauces pour salade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compact Dry\u2122<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> sont des plaques rigides et transparentes avec couvercle amovible, con\u00e7ues pour un contr\u00f4le rapide et pratique des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et produits finis.
